Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2021: Athleisure
While I wish my life and things I did called for dressing up and wearing "real" clothes more often, if I'm being honest, I'm in athleisure at least 6 days a week. Athletic brands have come such a long way in the past several years - I remember when I first started Pure Barre the lack of cute workout clothes surprised me - and I think the large selection of athleisure in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a clear indication of that. Not to mention, I think it's more than a trend at this point and here to stay for the long haul!
Having helped order retail for multiple Pure Barre studios, I'm pretty familiar with a lot of the brands in the sale and the quality of their fabrics and materials. My absolute favorites will always be Alo Yoga, Beyond Yoga, and Nike specifically because I've had items from each of these brands that hold up year, after year being worn at least once a week.

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale preview launched last week and I was pleasantly surprised with the selection this year! Maybe it's because we were inside for almost a year, or maybe it's because we're on the verge of a move where I literally should not be buying more clothes that we'll eventually have to pack, but I'm more than ready for a wardrobe refresh and this sale is the perfect time to snag some staple pieces at a discount.
