The weather here has been unseasonably warm this past week, and although I love fall as much as the next girl, I'm really glad the weather decided to play nice and let me adjust back from being in Texas for 10 days.  The weather actually reminds me of Texas because it's been a little chilly in the morning, but warm enough in the afternoon that I really could be wearing shorts.  I know the weather won't last too much longer, so I'm not pulling out any of my summer clothes, but I will definitely be embracing the fact that I don't have to bundle up just yet.  Sometimes, you just need a break from all the blanket scarves and sweaters!

I love outfits that look chic yet effortless and this one definitely fits the bill!  It's also perfect for the in-between weather because the top has long sleeves, but isn't a heavy material and the jeans are a relaxed boyfriend jean, so you can wear them all day without getting uncomfortable.  I paired it my favorite BCBG pumps for a dressier look, but this could easily be worn with flats or booties if you've got a lot of walking to do! 

Thank goodness this week has gone by so quickly, because I'm definitely ready for the weekend!  I'll be catching up on all my #tgit shows tonight and we've got a fun weekend of adventuring in town planned!  Happy almost Friday!
