It's hard to imagine that the time for coats, boots and gloves is quickly approaching. It seems like it was just yesterday that Kyle and I were packing up our car in the heat of summer and getting ready for our move to Chicago. I'd like to say that I think I'm mentally prepared for this winter because I've been through a Boston winter, but if I'm being honest, I don't think a Texan ever truly gets used to a real winter.
While I love how warm and cozy my down coat is from L.L. Bean, it isn't exactly the most stylish thing to wear when you're getting a little more dressed up. This is where a great wrap coat comes in handy! I ended up buying a black one one last year around the holidays when there were some major sales going on, but wore it sparingly as it seemed to have more of Pecan's hair on it than he had on himself #dogmomprobs
I knew I would need something similar but in a better color for this season, so I was excited when I found this camel wrap coat at such a great price point. It's super warm, goes with the majority of my closet and the best part is that Pecan's hair is way less noticeable! I also love that it can be dressed up or down with a great basic shirt and some jeans.
As always, be sure to pay attention to fit and measurements. I'm wearing a large and it fits pretty true to size in my opinion!
