While the holidays are about so much more than gift giving it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming when you look over your list of all the people you plan on buying for.  Now that I've gotten older, it seems like my list has gotten a lot longer as our family has grown and we've made new friends!  So to help inspire your holiday shopping while keeping you on budget,  I thought I would round up some great gifts under $50.

One of my biggest tips on shopping for gifts is to find the category of the item you're looking for and set the price range to your pre-planned budget for that person.  I did that for this gift guide and some of my own personal shopping and it keeps me from finding a gift that just happens to be way over budget, because there's nothing worse than finding that perfect present for the person who's particularly hard to shop for and realizing it would cost you your first born child.
