I always see floral prints on other girls and think how gorgeous they look in them, but for some reason I normally gravitate towards solids when shopping for myself. I'm not quite sure why because my floral print pieces end up being my favorite things to wear and this tunic is no exception! I picked it up when I was out shopping with my grandma when I was in Texas a little while ago and have worn it multiple times since for date nights and on the milder fall days we've had.
When styling florals I like keep the rest of the outfit pretty simple to let the print really stand out. The pixie pants from J.Crew are the perfect basic pair of black pants and pair wonderfully with longer shirts and oversized sweaters this time of year. They're thicker and more structured than normal leggings and if you don't already own a pair I'm not quite sure how you've survived this long!
Just a note on the sizing on this tunic - it runs really big. I sized down a size and probably could have gone down two!
