I mentioned a little while ago that I was in the process of switching over our closets for fall/winter.  Until last year this was something I'd never really done as you can wear shorts on Christmas more times than not in Texas.  But because sweaters and jackets can be pretty bulky and take up more than their fair share of our smaller closet, I started putting them away in those really big Ziplock bags to keep them from getting damaged and out of the way.  When it's time to pull them out again, I simply pull those out and put my summer stuff away!

Every year I struggle with not wanting to put a few of my favorites from summer away and this blouse was at the top of that pile.  I previously styled it here and I've worn it at least once a week since then. Our weather has been a lot cooler but is still pretty mild most days so it's still weather appropriate and with the right accessories can definitely be the perfect top for fall!

Because the top is lighter, I wanted to pair it with accessories that said fall without weighing it down too much.  A light colored floppy wool hat and lace-up heels are the perfect compliment and a structured handbag lends just the right amount of edge to the outfit.

I hope I've given you a title bit of inspiration to keep some of your very favorite pieces from summer in your fall rotation!

Happy Wednesday!
