I've wanted a Burberry poncho for about five years now, but I couldn't really justify spending that much money on something I could only wear a few months out of the year in Texas. Once we moved to Boston, the temptation to buy one started creeping back, so I started looking for a similar one at a lower price point. I was so happy when I found one from the cutest online shop, Jess Lea Boutique, I bought it within five minutes of finding it. It also comes in grey that is available right now, and the tan is on preorder for a shipment date of November 13th!
I wore this exact outfit to dinner and a movie last weekend and I have to say I've never felt so chic in a Mexican restaurant. I love, love, love the way it looks with all black for a dressier look, but definitely am planning on rocking it with jeans and a white shirt to make it more casual and dressed down. The quality is great and it's so big I actually ended up using it as a blanket in the movie theatre that we went to!
