Clutch (thrifted) similar  //  Bracelets: David Yurman

My obsession with these shoes is too real.  I had been eyeing the Valentino Rockstud pumps for a long, long time, but really could not justify spending that much on a pair of shoes right now.  I don't even remember how I found this BCBG pair, but I am so glad I did.  They're a fraction of the price, gorgeous, and believe it or not, are super comfortable.  I wore them with a dress to go out to dinner a few weeks ago, and decided that I wanted to pair them with something a little more casual.  Mainly because I'm trying to find any and every reason to wear them!  They come in a ton of colors, and I'm considering buying another pair to add to my collection.  They also have a flat that comes in black and red and is just as fabulous as the heels.

By now, y'all are probably thinking "this girl has a problem with chambray", and I would have to say that I don't totally disagree with you.  But when something's so versatile, why wouldn't you have multiple pieces in your closet?  I actually bought this top while it was on sale from Nordstrom for two reasons: one, it's chambray and two, it has a killer zipper and tuxedo detail in the back.  I love how it pairs with these leggings from J.Crew because the tuxedo detail on the shirt perfectly shows off the zipper detail on the leggings.  Now, onto the leggings.  J.Crew actually calls these a pixie pant, but they're more like a structured legging in my opinion.  There's a band at the waist, zipper in the back, and they're made of a thicker material.  I've had these for well over a year, and they're still in great shape!  If you're considering purchasing these and looking for them to last you a while, I recommend hang drying them instead of putting them in the dryer.

I don't know about y'all, but I am so ready for the weekend.  Kyle is coming home tonight, and we're going to plan our next weekend adventure!  We're thinking of somewhere on the coast, since it'll be getting too cool to do that soon.  I hope you have a good Thursday and happy almost Friday!
