Warby Parker is an eyewear company that's been on my radar for quite a while now, but due to my denial of the fact that I actually do need to wear glasses, I haven't invested in good, quality eyewear.  The timing could not have been more perfect when they reached out to me to try out some of their fall frames, because if I'm being honest, I've been running around squinting to see things lately.  To test out some of their frames, I ordered one of their Home Try-On kits, which includes 5 pairs of glasses or sunglasses of your choice, shipped to you for free!  You have 5 days to test them out, get your friends and family's opinions, and when you're done all you have to do is pop them back in the box and ship them back!

Some of the things that make Warby Parker unique are things that I love finding in a company, and things that will make me a loyal customer.  They found a very common problem, and worked to find a solution that helped bring affordable eyewear to their consumers while doing good.  Not only do they have amazing customer service - I mean what other company lets you try on their stuff in your own home for free? - but they also help solve a global problem.  Almost one billion people lack access to glasses, which means that they often times are not able to effectively work and learn.  For every pair of glasses purchased, Warby Parker donates to their nonprofit partners that help to train men and women to give eye exams and sell glasses at extremely affordable prices in their communities.

When I received my five pairs in the mail, I could not get over how great their glasses look and the quality of the frames.  Not to mention, everyone from our apartment front office staff to Kyle was telling me how good they looked!  I love that I got to try these out doing all the things I normally do so I could see how they would perform day to day.  From reading by the fire to running around town checking off some of our fall bucket list items, they were great!  My favorites from the five I tried were the Piper sunnies and the Durand glasses.

If you're near a store, I highly recommend going in and checking them out.  To all my Boston readers - there's a store on Newbury Street!  If there's not a store near you, you can check out their eyeglasses here!

Kitty
